How do you clean the birth pool?

Our professional, hosptial grade birthing pool comes with thick industrial single-use liners. The liner thoroughly covers all parts of the pool. After baby is born and you are comfortable in your bed, we drain the pool, remove and dispose of the liner, and thoroughly wipe the pool with a medical grade cleaner specifically designed for this use.

Your birth care team will take care of all the clean up after your birth. They will prepare a meal for you, wash the laundry, disinfect the birth area, clean and disinfect the pool or bathtub, take out any garbage and do anything else that will allow you to focus on nurturing your baby over the next few days
